2009 Canadian Superbike races and supporting series, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, Canada, 08-09 August 2009.
An unusual sequence of events had me on the opposite side of the continent in British Columbia a week prior to this event, and then driving across Canada to Nova Scotia to make it for these races. I spent Sat and Sun there, camping overnight.
The track is fantastic for photo ops. There are several corners where you can shoot from inside the apex. There are also considerable elevation changes giving shots of bikes cresting hills and popping wheelies. And finally, there are almost no fences to speak of. I hope to go back to "Shubie" next year!
